About
Benjamin Papadakis is an expert in agentic software development, the new discipline in which software is built by teams of autonomous AI agents. Benjamin designs and leads these AI teams, turning ideas into complete, production-ready applications in a fraction of the time traditional development takes.
Working with multi-agent systems built on the latest AI technology, such as Claude Code, Benjamin has created a broad portfolio of web applications across medicine, education and business, from real-time AI voice tutors to clinical software in everyday hospital use. Every project is delivered end to end, from architecture and design to security, payments and launch.
Benjamin has a rare ability to turn the everyday work of an organisation into bespoke in-house software. Hospitals, companies and institutions receive applications tailored to the way their teams actually work. Whatever can be automated is automated, processes become standardised and workloads fall, so the organisation saves time and resources while the people working there gain a noticeably better quality of working life.
Benjamin is also a medical doctor, a graduate of the University of Crete School of Medicine, and currently a resident doctor in cardiology. Before medicine came a BSc in Biology, Biomolecular Sciences and Biotechnology, with a thesis in computational biology and laboratory training at IMBB-FORTH, and there is a publication in the Journal of Clinical Neuroscience. Native speaker of German and Greek, with English as a further language.
